Elizabeth is a Program Associate on NDI's Democracy and Technology Team. Before joining NDI, she completed a summer fellowship at the U.S. Agency for Global Media in the Office of Policy and Research, where she assessed how emerging trends in the digital space could impact the Agency's efforts to support free media and democracy around the world. As an undergraduate, she worked as a research assistant evaluating the impact of digital democracy programs in the Republic of Georgia, and wrote her honors thesis on the factors that lead governments to enact internet shutdowns. Elizabeth holds a B.A. in International Relations and Post-Soviet Studies from William & Mary.
