Morgan Frost

Morgan Frost is a Project Assistant with the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) team at the National Democratic Institute (NDI), assisting with the strategy, design and implementation of technology to support NDI’s democracy programming worldwide.

She earned her undergraduate degree in International Development from Michigan State University and is currently a graduate student studying International Affairs and Conflict Resolution at The George Washington University.

Humanitarian at heart and techie by trade, Morgan is well versed in data analysis and strategic methodology planning. Prior to her time at NDI, Morgan interned at a company called RainTees, which is deeply rooted in helping developing countries in Latin America gain access to school supplies and prevent environmental degradation. Following this internship, she became a sustainability representative for the Amazon Center for Environmental Education and Research (ACEER) Foundation in Peru. While there, she worked with government officials to help strengthen local communities in the Amazon. Morgan also taught English in Thailand and assisted with disaster relief in Nepal following the earthquake in 2015. Given these experiences, her regional expertise lies within the Latin American and Asian regions.
